Installing Your Carpet to the Highest Standard

Our in house installers are trained to the highest possible standard in all aspects of floor preparation and installation, we were the first carpet fitters in the North East to gain Master fitter status with the NICF, winning the regional heats of Fitter of the Year in two consecutive years and representing the UK Fitting team in Europe.

Our fitters have attended bespoke training courses for plant fibre, sub floor preparation,  Amtico, Advanced Karndean and Polyflor designer flooring. We are members of the The British Wood Flooring Association and our fitters have completed wood installations courses at FITA training centres and advanced bespoke parquet installation sanding and finishing courses with the BWFA.

All our fitting teams are employed by Sunderland Carpet Centre, we feel this puts more emphasis on the quality of the installation and less on the time it takes to install. We are continually investing in training programmes to ensure we are delivering the best installation service to our customers.
